Requirements and Key Tasks

-Ability to work well with coworkers and foster a team environment
-Customer-service mindset
-Excellent organization and communication skills
-Marine industry experience (preferred)

This position will provide convenient appointments for service and repair work and be the main customer contact for status updates with their boat. Position will start the reception process immediately upon customer arrival; Inspect every boat before work starts and Identify customer needs accurately. Work with the warranty administrator and parts department to make sure all work is processed correctly.

Schedule

-8 hour shift ( M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm)
-Day shift
-Weekend availability (Saturday 9:00am – 12:00pm)

Education

-High school or equivalent (Preferred)
